WESTMORELAND DOING THEIR PART TO FIGHT CANCER

The Girls’ Basketball team at Westmoreland HS is doing their part again to fight cancer locally. In the second year in a row, Coach Jerrid Otis, his players and parents are again raising money with proceeds from their FRIDAY – JANUARY 19th game to go to the UPSTATE GOLISANO CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL and the UPSTATE CANCER CENTER.

The Bulldogs will be facing the Magicians from Herkimer – with JV at 6:00 and Varsity at 7:30 – there will be a bake sale and raffles in the lobby during the games and at halftime the CHUCK-A-DUCK contest to win a pizza card from HOT OFF THE BRICK PIZZERIA.  We would like to thank Coach Otis, the players, the parents and all the businesses involved in making this night a special night – Best of luck Bulldogs!!
